A vibrant sparkling Rosé showing aromas and flavours of strawberries, rose petals and fresh brioche, rich and creamy on the palate from the influence of both the grapes and tirage age. A vibrant yet delicate pink hue, fine persistent bead and a suggestion of Turkish Delight and rose petal florals in the nose, combine with a textured mousse creaminess and strawberries on the tongue to leave an elegant vibrancy and freshness. A wine full of “Joie de Vie” that brings the delights of summer to the glass at any time. Once released this wine is ready to enjoy.
